What is the purpose of Adfellows?

The Adfellows program is designed to support diversity and inclusion in advertising and marketing by providing a diverse range of talent with meaningful industry experience and opportunities.

When is the next class?

The next Adfellows class (Adfellows 8.0) will run from late August 2024 through April 2025. Applications are open now.

Who is eligible to apply?

All Adfellows candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3.0+ GPA, and be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship. Reach out to a partner for additional information regarding the skills, qualifications and experiences we're looking for and to start the application process.

How do I apply?

What is the process?

After submitting an application, qualified candidates will be invited for a pre-screen. From there, candidates selected to proceed to the next step will be invited to mandatory informational sessions. The informational sessions will provide additional details regarding the program. Attendance at these sessions is required in order to move to the next step, which consists of panel interviews with Adfellows participating brands and agencies.

What is the application deadline?

Applications must be submitted by November 10, 2023.

When are selection decisions made?

Selected participants will be notified in February 2024.

The LAGRANT Foundation is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization whose mission is to increase the number of ethnic minorities in the fields of advertising, marketing, and public relations.
